Business Development: Cloud Solutions
As a growing technology solutions provider we are looking for a Cloud Sales Specialist. The solution is Software as a Service (SaaS) with the focus on companies under 50 employees:
Responsibilities include:
• New business development
• Following up on any inbound leads
• Managing the entire sales cycle for lead to close
• Running online web demos
• Liaison with vendors
• Provide weekly funnel and activity reporting
The ideal candidate will have:
• Is willing to learn and has an interest in technology
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
• Is highly motivated by remuneration
FusionOne will provide comprehensive training. No previous technology experience is required.
Compensation is $30k base + commission.

Technology Support Professional
As a front line liaison, this role is designed to provide Level 1 support to customers as well as address internal requirements as designated.
Daily Functions:
- Provide remote desktop support to customer
- Conduct basic equipment issue review for customers
- Repair or reconfigure equipment as needed
- Configure new equipment as per customer specifications
- Install and configure applications
- Maintain positive client relationship through out the service process
- Provide product configurations assistance to sales staff
- Maintain vendor product knowledge and participate in on-going training when available and necessary
- Identify additional opportunities that can be leveraged within the client base
- Maintain and keep current service information in web based systems
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience providing workstation level support in a Windows 2000 / XP or greater environment. (Appropriate MCP/MCSP certification a must.)
- MS Office 2003 or greater
- Excellent hardware and software problem solving skills
- Good understanding of network technology
- Excellent English communication skills
- Professional who work well individually or in a team environment
- Self-motivated and strong work ethic
- Past experience in the IT Industry is a must
- Additional vendor certifications would be a plus
- Able to travel when required
